Q: What are the ATM's power requirements?
A: The ATM requires a designated 110 volt outlet. The power requirements are 4.2A @ 115VAC/2.2A @ 220 VAC.

Q: What type of space is needed for the ATM?
A: Width - The ATM is mounted on a 3’ by 4’ plate / Height – the canopy surrounding the ATM is 65 inches tall. View photos of ACM's wireless ATM machines on location.

Q: What type of cards does the ATM accept?
A: National network configurations including Cirrus®, Plus®, VISA®, MasterCard®, American Express®, and Discover®. In addition, all local, regional, and international networks such as Star, Pulse, The Exchange, Plus Canada, Plus Europe, Quest, MAC, AFFN, and other networks are accepted.

Q: Who installs the ATM?
A: ACM will take care of every portion of the ATM set-up, programming, service and monitoring of the ATM.

Q: Who loads the money into the ATM?
A: ACM will service or contract a local armor car company to load the ATM.

Q: Will I receive ATM reports?
A: After the event, the event coordinator will receive a report displaying the daily transaction volume as well as the amount dispensed.

Q: How much does it cost to have ATM machine at our Event?
A: It costs the event nothing; ACM is paid solely from surcharge fees paid by the customer.
